I downloaded the SDR Console 3 and the drivers from this site but I am not certain where the drivers are supposed to go.
I have the RX888 to use with it, however, since I have not figured out how to use the ywo together yet, I tried my old RF Space SDRIQ. That works perfectly, but I would like to get the RX888 working asap. What exactly do I need to do with the drivers? Are there any step by step instructions or HELP files available?
I have had this radio for a few months now and still can't get ut working.
A;so, I have a new HP Laptop with Windows 10 with 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A (Data Transfer Only); & 1 USB 2.0 Type-A (Data Transfer Only)Does the fact that they say data transfer only mean it cannot power the RX888 even though they are 3.1?

Re: RX888 driver for Windows 10 using Console 3
My notes "If it's drivers then Device Manager looks like the left picture here https://www.sdr-radio.com/rx-666#Driver if good like the right.
If the driver on Simon's link is no good try the one that worked for me found:- http://withrobot.com/en/technical-data/ ... ent&uid=20 downloaded:-
"
My guess is that "data transfer only" means just that. USB3 is rated at a few Amps out, a lot for a laptop.
Don't know how that box appeared?
