City Lights during the day?

I don't believe I remember seeing the city lights during the day.

Manually changing the system date to a pre 03/20/2021 fixes the display of city lights when the Night Map option is selected.

This occurs on both my Win8.1 & Win10 systems.

I saw this - a bug. Actually another bug there as well, may attack a bit later next week.

Here's a new screenshot, part of 1.0.19. I've just spent today improving the shading and fixing this bug.
