Regarding Console being used with the WinRadio G-31 Excalibur:

Are there "any" signal Gain controls, or is it "automatic" ? If so, how, criteria, etc. ?

Trying to get up to speed with the Excalibur, and it's been many, many years
since I've used it.

I seem to remember that there were user adjustable Gain setting with
the original Excalibur software, but I may be wrong about this.

The G31 has a preamp which is always on, there's an attenuator. That's it.
