Then i suspect that it's my upload speed: 21 Mbps (up is > 300) or a bad router from the ISP.
Within 4-5 months we get a new (glass) ISP provider in town, when they have higher uploads then i'll make a switch to them.
I will do more testing to see if i'll get it better anyway, thanks for now Kriss.
