Problem solved!
When one switches to TX the voltage 12 V for both the PA and the LNB dropped by almost 0,6 V. This value is not enough in order to supply sufficiently the LNB and hence no signal were received.
We checked that by an independent voltage supply for the LNB and now it works perfectly ...
