How to run as desktop background?

Hi there,
I'm wondering if there's any way I can run Simon's World Map (fullscreen mode) as my desktop background? I tried Wallpaper Engine and it didn't play nicely. I also tried SmartContextMenu which was able to send it to back and enable clickthrough, but this doesn't work automatically on startup. Has anyone else been able to achieve this?
