Noise in BC FM

I have a good signal on my FM station, but I am experiencing hissing noise in the background.

Is there anyway I can remove the noise. I have tried the noise filters, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

What equipment are you using?

What are your settings? Um, it is best to show them with an unedited screen shot of SDRC showing as many of the settings as possible. Attach it to a comment here.

Is that station received any better on any other receiver? or other SDR using the same front end dongle?

Lack of information makes it impossible to effectively guess what your problem might be.

If you're trying to use noise reduction on Broadcast FM signals, it dosnt work in my experience, in fact it only makes reception worse.
