3.0.26 32bit reporting missing runtime files

Version 3.0.26 32 bit won't start, reports missing files:
mfc140u.dll vcomp140.dll vcruntime140.dll

I reinstalled V 3.0.24 32 bit and that version works ok.

I did the installation/reinstallation twice to be sure a microsoft update hadn't screwed things up,
also downloaded V3.0.26 32 bit twice in case I had a bad copy first time.

Thanks Simon, that will teach me to scroll further down the page when I have problems.

I'd got so used to seeing the request for permission to install C++ during the program update
so was a bit puzzled when it didn't happen. C++ 2019 was listed under Tools but had not
been installed.
