If it's truly "proprietary", I would recommend you download the Airspy SDR# software also and compare the noise reduction of both. You should find that NR5 will provide the best results with SDR Console. I'd also recommend SDR Console 3.4 over 3.3.

Thanks Simon. Saw your post on the elist. I'll check it out in a couple of days as I migrated that laptop back to Linux Mint for a bit. At my age and 6"+ snow expected over the next couple of days, I should have plenty of "free" time.

Load Image File error

This morning, Simon's World Map presented me with the attached error message Error.png

All other maps listed on the "Select" drop down box appear to load just fine when selected. It's just the LargeWorldMapNE3 that will post off this error. My first attempt to resolve was to reset the workd map ...

Well, this post is educational. My preferred O/S is Linux and I didn't even know Windows had this "winget" utility. Since the system I'm running Win11 on is pretty much for SDR usage, I think I can better control it the old fashioned way. :)

Yeah, I've been there, but it's the usual GitHub story, the ACTUAL file you want is hardly there 🙄
But even SDRplay themselves neglect to supply this file ( presumably they don't want you using 3rd party software)
Funny thing is the do give you the SDR RSP setup file, but That's doesn't seem to ...

I haven't sat down and checked yet, but I believe these are the same ones that are in the SDRuno directory when you install uno.

ExtiO usage is outside of my experience, so I could be wrong.
