EXTIO Spectravue

#1

Unread post by lappydesktop »

Hi all , is there a ExtIO for the RSPdx and spectravue? , i have spent several hours looking about and no luck so far , no real reason or urgency btw as sdrc and uno are just fine but i would just like to try spectravue just because
cheers Paul

ps: when loading the choice from "input device" and ExtIO this pops up , and i'm trying to use the output of the RFSpace IF-2000 pcb (10.55Mhz if) within the FT-2000D Yaesu hf radio into the input of the RSPdx in which i can do on sdrc and uno .

SDRC has no extio capability. For other programs ask in their support groups for best and fastest results.

I'm not talking about SDR console, I'm looking for the ExtIO_SDRplay.dll file
Nothing to do with SDRC mate

Did you look here: https://github.com/SDRplay/ExtIO_SDRplay

ExtiO usage is outside of my experience, so I could be wrong.

Yeah, I've been there, but it's the usual GitHub story, the ACTUAL file you want is hardly there 🙄
But even SDRplay themselves neglect to supply this file ( presumably they don't want you using 3rd party software)
Funny thing is the do give you the SDR RSP setup file, but That's doesn't seem to give you the ExIO either 🤷..you see, this file is needed to use their hardware on most other software, like HDRSR, SDRsharp etc, easy enough with a USB, SDR but tricky to get files for certain hardware, like my SRDplay DX..
They've made it way more complicated that it should be

I haven't sat down and checked yet, but I believe these are the same ones that are in the SDRuno directory when you install uno.

Then download and install SDRuno and extract the file from there.

Then why are you asking here? This is not a general purpose facility for all SDR implementations out there.
