Support for squelch on serial cat protocol

Hi,

It would be useful to have the squelch command (the equivalent of the "SQ" command in the "official" Kenwood TS-2K protocol) supported in the serial cat protocol to be able to manipulate the value (read/write) in the same way that we have the AG command (volume)
