Frequency defaulting to 9.999.999.949 when using tuning to QO-100

Hello,

I am using SDR Console V3.4 build 3871 on Windows 11.

When tuning signals on the narrow band portion of QO-100 I can click on a station with the mouse, but as soon as I use the mouse wheel to fine tune the frequency jumps to 9.999.999.949. Additionally the frequency display is incorrect, for example the centre beacon shows 0.489.725.650 i.e. the 1 is missing out of the GHz range. When the frequency jumps to 9.999.999.949 all signals are lost. If I tune to the LNB output at around 739.781.425 I can tune in the normal way with the mouse wheel and receive signals.

I have attached a screen shot of the error.

Thanks for your help.

No attachment seen here Dave.

Have you read this about QO-100 tuning on Simon's website?
