Window Size forgotten

I use SDRC 3.0.25 to display the 9MHz IF of my FTdx5000 as a panadapter. SDRC is automatically launched when I launch Logger32, my logging program.
Sometimes, maybe once in every 4 of 5 start-ups, SDRC starts maximised on monitor 1, rather than sized on monitor 2, as it was when it closed down.
Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong?
