Frequency Database functionality

Provide the same type of functionality found in EiBiView
http://www.eibispace.de/dx/EIBIview30.zip

Show leading zeroes in On/Off times
Filtration by selection e.g. can choose English only
Search made case sensitive e.g currently AIR finds Cairo and similar

Search examples;
Display all on-air broadcasts in [language] e.g.English
Display all on-air broadcasts in [language] e.g.English starting in next n minutes
Display all on air broadcasts by [station id]
Display all on air broadcasts by [station id] starting in next n minutes
Display all on air broadcasts by [station id] and [language] and ...

I'm sure others can provide more examples

Search within column, column range
Select all by row value within column
Sort/Reverse Sort by row value within column
Multi-column Sort by row value within column
Select by current time (What's on now)
Select by current time plus n (What's coming up in the next n minutes)
Manual displayed results update
Auto-update every n minutes

Others will probably have additional requirements

This is a topic to disturb the righteous slumber of innocents like me :).
Simon's database facility has many advantages over third-party tools, for example tight integration (of course) and the ability to import data from multiple sources.
A more loosely-coupled tool, CSVUserlistBrowser, with independent development resources, can potentially offer a richer feature set plus more responsive/agile updating.

There are so many other examples of the interface between SDR operation and specialised activity, these coming to mind in just a few minutes:
* External control for rotators/tracking, antenna selection, ATU, diversity, attenuators/filters, radio
* Audio processing
* Various demodulators/decoders
* RX/TX logging and interest group posting/reading
* Recording/playback/analysis/charting to monitor local conditions
* Feeds from independent propagation-related sources
* Virtual serial/audio ports

Plenty more to add, no doubt, even ignoring:
* Secondary I/O peripherals like screen readers, touch-screen input, hardware add-ons for control and display
* Ad hoc references for spectrum allocation, band plans, signal type identification, language recognition, mapping

My reaction to the OP is sure, anything Simon can do to add features will be well appreciated.
But that does not stop us running other databases in parallel, does it?
