SDRC v3.1 3AUG2021
WIN10
Greetings
Bug(s) :
1) 'Memories' entries set to BC-FM revert to Narrow FM after ~1 seconds after selection, a 2nd click sticks to BC-FM
2) filter width on display not reflecting BC-FM selection
3) BC-FM entry on Main Screen 'Mode' dialogue shows "175kHz Max BW", inconsistent with (faulty) single filter indicator line appearing at +112kHz when BC-FM is invoked via Memories entry
A) When using 'Memories' feature to store Broadcast FM stations :
- Mode : BC-FM
- Filter : None
B) Select (click) a Memory button for a (configured) BC-FM station
C) SDRC selects the channel initially set to BC-FM, station plays normally for about 1 sec
D) after ~1 sec Mode switches to NFM (with NFM modulation)
E) a second click on the same Memories channel then causes Mode to switch to BC-FM, which stays and plays/sounds normally
F) Exception : a single 'filter indicator line' appears at +112.5 kHz above set frequency when Mode is selected to BC-FM
- if 'Filter' is set to 225000, "Filter' stores as "-112500 to +112500", only single line at +112.5 kHz above set frequency still appears
G) Exception : Main Screen Filter 'Select Mode' BC-FM dialogue entry reflects '175kHz Max BW', which is not consistent with the filter line displayed (at +112kHz)
H) when Main Screen 'Filter' is selected to 225kHz then the Pan display correctly displays the 225kHz filter
Thanks for all Support,
Paul

UPDATE Re: Memories for FM Broadcast switch to Narrow FM
Greetings
it so happens that BC-FM falls over into NFM when just changing frequencies by clicking signals on the spectrum display

Re: Memories for FM Broadcast switch to Narrow FM
What SDR hardware are you using Paul?
Is it only a External Radio? in that case have a look at Program Options - Controllers - CAT - Mode Mapping
If that doesn't help then tell us what happens when you make a Favourite iso a Memory entry.
Or pls send us a full printscreen of SDR-Console incl the mode mapping pane. (use the camera icon provided in SDRC)
