FIXED HL2 + N2ADR Relais issue

Hi Simon,

just installed the 3.1 Build 2496 from January 26.

I just noticed that the n2adr relais are nolonger clicken when switching frequencies with following methods:

- RX Pane Frequency dial (Clicking or with Mouse Wheel on the digits)
- Scrolling within waterfall or Spectrum with Mouse Wheel
- VFO Control through Midi
- CAT Control (new Frequency)

When Clicking the frequency on the TX Pane everything works like in the August 3.1 version.

A quick look shows me it's tracking the TX frequency, and then only of the N2ADR option is selected. This is wrong, will investigate tomorrow morning.

i've tested it in Build 2547 and it's working like a charm now :)
