Is Club Log Spots functioning?

I created an account on Club Log, writing down my password

In SDRConsole I open the Club Log window, configure the settings, click OK but I never receive any spots. I close that window, re-open that window and it tells me my email/password are wrong. I go into settings and my settings are gone but my call is still in cluster call sign box.

Am I missing a step?

I followed instructions and subscribed to Simon's cluster node as per the above (many months ago) and DX Cluster works perfectly. Just checked it now.

Is it something to do with the callsign/password format in the login box? I'm no expert, but my text (and entered format of log-in) in the "Login" box has CALLSIGN:PASSWORD as the entered format to be able to login.
