Using with JS8Call

I think I'm missing proper settings in SDRC when transmitting and/or when using in conjunction with JS8Call.

Is there any particular setting I need to look for when TXing in HF or digital modes?

I use External Radio and the panadapter reacts properly when I transmit. I've worked VHF routinely and successfully via SDRC.

But I'm not sure anything is getting out with JS8Call (USB-digital).

What is worth double checking?

Does the use of SDR Console for digital modes impact critical timing required for these digital modes in any way?

I'm wondering why when I use SDR Console WITH JA8Call I get no signal in or out, but the panadapter shows transmissions, but when I use JS8Call WITHOUT SDR Console, with just my radio, I am both heard and and receive signals.

Any guesses?

Very hard to diagnose without screenshot. Can you send screenshot and also describe the full lineup (hardware). Screenshot to show RX and TX audio DSP settings.

I use many digital modes on SDRC with no issue at all, WSPR, FT8, FT4 (all with WSJT-X) and also VarAC. Works fine. I don't use an external radio (Hermes Lite 2 with linear amp) but not sure why external radio should be a problem.

Are you sending audio to the software/decoder from SDRC or from the external radio? Is the panadapter IF driven or split antenna feed.
