LIME MINI USB UP-CONVERTER

Dear Friends

I set my Lime SDR as shown in the photo to have an IF at 150 MHz.
In transmission it works perfectly from 14 MHz it transmits at 164 Mhz,
while in reception at 164 MHz I receive nothing.

Where am I going wrong?

Is not a Hardware LIME problem, with HD SDR software the Downconverter work properly (see the image).

After many direct RX Test with my HP RF Generator set a - 83 dbm (S 9 signal) :

MARINE BAND (165-174 MHZ) DONT WORK WITH SDR CONSOLLE + LIME SDR MINI

Lime SDR mini usb start RX only up 74 MHz
