Display converted frequency in V3.3 or 3.4

Hello everyone, I really don't know what I'm doing wrong, after half a Sunday searching, reading, filling up ChatGTP with my problem, so I have a help question. I want to see the downlink frequency of a QO-100 beacon in SDR Console v3.3 or 3.4. (10.489.750 MHz) and not the frequency that comes out of the LNB (Bullseye) on 739.750 MHz. I have put in the RTL-SDR definitions: Qo100: 9750 etc, down-converter, RX 9750.000.000, Apply, Save. But (even after restarting the software), it keeps indicating 739.750 MHz. What am I doing wrong?

Have you read this page about setting up for QO-100 on Simon's website, particularly the part about displaying frequencies above 10Ghz?

Max, thanks for reply. Yes I had seen that info, but that wasn't the solution. I already had the freq range high enough in settings.

Reread the instructions, and the whole article for that matter, and follow them closely. You probably skipped over the converter definition in the dongle definition. Note it must be checked to be effective.
