rtl-sdr initialization problem

Hello.
This problem is not about recent version. I was having the same problem with previous versions also.

I have latest version of sdr console right now on windows 10 64 bit.

is the rtl-sdr model I am using.
When I start this sdr with the offset needed for the oscar 100 satellite.. I have nothing but the white noise as you can see on the following screenshot.

If I change the frequency up a digit as seem in here

and then just move back to the beginning frequency,

rtl starts to receive.
I have this problem every time I start console. Then it goes on working fine.
I even recorded a video of it that you can see from

I can share any other logs I can get if you ask.

Thank you.

No.
Actually it is not about audio. As you can see there is no rf on the first condition.. It seems like sdr is listening to wrong frequency at first.
After re-setting the vfo it switches to normal frequency.

Correct not only about audio...when i set auto-mute incorrectly then i see the same as you: no FTT and WF signals and no audio.
Maybe, when you tune a bit it passes the auto-mute treshold? Please set it off to be sure.
(auto-mute is not a audio squelsh)
