It's all about the Software

I note you say AGC is Off ... if this is the AGC in the Display Panel, you will have to carefully manually adjust the Audio Output Level - much better to leave that AGC On.

Have you tried the latest beta ( SDR Console 3.4 ) ?

Finally, I've always found that it is a good idea to not have the radio ...

I also noted that you re-imaged your PC ...
just a thought - did you completely remove all of the SDR Console settings in the registry ?

It could be that the registry contains out-dated data referring to the old hardware.

Maybe try removing the registry entry for HKEY_CURRENT_USER ...

Spectrum Lab can handle I-Q inputs - look through the Help documents

SDR Console is not a scanner - it can only display signals inside the bandwidth of your selected receiver.

Amateur CW Multiband covers from 160m to 10m ... you would need a radio like the RX888 to cover all the bands simultaneously.

Your RSPdx has a maximum bandwidth of 10 MHz - not ...

FWIW, this behavior is NOT seen on my W7 and W11 machines, both running build 2870 64bit.

Perhaps a re-install may help.

If you scroll the mouse wheel while hovering over a receiver window other than the active receiver window, that receiver immediately become the selected one.
You will no doubt have noticed that the changes in Mode and Filter are not random, but are the very ones you previously selected for the now ...
