So you can use a simple Pull-Up Resistor between RTS and CTS/DSR and you need only a external Key with 2 wires.

Could the visibility of the tuning bars be made adjustable? I use the bars on the DSP IF display to home in on the received signal but the bars tend to disappear into the noise. Perhaps others do this in another way?
