MIDI volume control - Beta 3.1 (b2365)

Hi, I have encountered a problem using HERCULES DJ CONTROL STARLIGHT as a MIDI controller. (DJ Control
The volume control is not linear but works in jerks, going from level 0 to 65 or 100 with a few mm of rotation on the command, it also happens by configuring the others console command for AF gain control.
Version in use: V3.1 BETA (b2365)

The DJ Control Compact works fine. Some Starlight midi commands are different.

Issue solved changing the INDEX value in to XML Midi configuration file

i would use the two platters for tune fine and coarse
it has sensors ontop the wheels so you can use both wheels with two step sizes
example .. right wheel tune normal and tune fine (100hz and 10hz) and left wheel tune 1 kc and 10 kc
