experts use as your criteria for excessive RF Gain ?

In the usb relay configuration section there are devices with VID=0519 and PID=2018.
I got an relayboard with these IDs, but it is not recognized by SDRC.
The relay is recognized under W7 ok.

Have noticed that when I am on a am station, and the AM button is depressed, if I move
to another frequency it seems to automatically go to SAM .
